5 stars for Holly!!! She is such a talented, thorough, respectful, caring, and communicative stylist and I always feel so comfortable in her care! She REALLY goes above and beyond to make sure my vivids (purple Pulp Riot!) really pack a punch, and actually listens to and respects her client’s wishes. (No cutting 4 inches off when I asked for 1!) And, I love that I can book thru Square on her website, instead of being forced through Instagram (like most stylists!) Britt goes above and beyond! She’s been my stylist for 5 years now, and I’m always blown away by her kindness, expertise, skill, and precision! Kesh, as a salon, also has such a wonderful atmosphere! All of the stylist are so knowledgeable and dedicated to sustainability. The owner is also amazing! Highly recommend!Â
Booked a consultation with Britney for highlights only to be texted that she only does text consultations. She asked me to text a picture of myself and a picture of what I want done, which I sent. Then completely blew me off, aka ghosted me. It’s a vulnerable thing to send pictures of yourself only to be ignored after that. I’m 55 yrs old with grey hair so I’m going to assume she is ageist. I’d NEVER go to a salon that goes about things like this. Terrible.Â
I don't normally write reviews but I just had an amazing experience with Olivia today and it would be a disservice to not share! I've been REALLY struggling with my self image and she made me feel so beautiful and gave me the haircut that I have been wanting for a while! She is so kind and creates such an uplifting and exciting environment! She walked me through everything and connected to me and just made me feel so seen. I wish I could give this salon more stars just bc of her!Â
