We hired Keselman to completely gut and renovate our basement. This included waterproofing, adding a full bathroom and a wet bar. The team exceeded our expectations. Eben, our GC was a great communicator and reflected pricing in a transparent manner. Update 7/2026 Second Bathroom Renovation Project This was our third project with Keselman on our century home in Shaker Heights, and they continue to exceed our expectations. Had a mold issue arise in my basement and after the waterproofing was done, I hired Keselman to do the rebuild and they did a great job! Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them! Sergiy the project manager was great communicating with and helped make sure all the small details we wanted done were addressed. Vlad and his team were great as well and did a fantastic job. Wonderful company! Top notch staff throughout the entire organization! They really care about the customer throughout your entire project. Chris was our project manager on a major home project and was amazing! He went above and beyond from day 1. Communication was fantastic with Chris and with everyone at the company. Sergiy was also fantastic to work with from the initial consultation to the end.
