Contacted Kerwin Electric regarding a hot tub electric line installation quote. Chad said he’d try to be out that day at 3:30pm but it was a no-call no-show. A few days later, still nothing. Look elsewhere.
We reached out to Kerwin a month ago for a quote to install an inlet box and interlock to hook up a portable generator to our home. They came the same day and said they would email us a quote. After a couple weeks of not hearing back, we reached out again and still haven’t heard a thing. I wish I would have read all the reviews with similar issues. Fortunately, another company has already completed the work. Kerwin’s disorganization and lack of communication has permanently lost our business.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service, consideration, and follow-up from Kerwin Electric. A severe storm dropped a half of a large tree on our house, punching holes in the roof and breaking off the electrical mast, so we were out of power, with a live wire hanging in our driveway. I called Kerwin Electric, and Chad Kerwin arrived in a couple of hours. He got a permit to do the work which was done the next day.
