I just had Kerwin Electric service my Honeywell with it’s annual check up, and I DID in fact, need a new battery! Luke was my technician this time. Exceptional communication and thorough repair and tune up! Don’ call anyone else for your generator / electrical needs! These guys are great! Kerwin came out over a month ago to give me an estimate on a whole house generator and have yet to receive anything. I'll make sure to tell my customers that they must have enough work and I will stop referring them.
My husband and I were getting bids for a whole house generator. Chad Kerwin came out on 7/3. Seemed like a nice guy. When I called the following week, I attempted to leave a voicemail on his number. It was full. I then spoke with a very nice lady at the front desk. I told her that his mailbox was full. She then looked up our information and didn’t find a report for Chad’s visit.
