I have to sa hands down best generator service in the area! Has all needed parts on the truck, focused repair, very thorough! Communication is outstanding! Very reliable and efficient! I will use them for everything electrical related!
Contacted Kerwin Electric regarding a hot tub electric line installation quote. Chad said he’d try to be out that day at 3:30pm but it was a no-call no-show. A few days later, still nothing. Look elsewhere.
We reached out to Kerwin a month ago for a quote to install an inlet box and interlock to hook up a portable generator to our home. They came the same day and said they would email us a quote. After a couple weeks of not hearing back, we reached out again and still haven’t heard a thing. I wish I would have read all the reviews with similar issues. Fortunately, another company has already completed the work. Kerwin’s disorganization and lack of communication has permanently lost our business.
