Awful. Not for all ages. Cocky.
Dr. Mack is extremely knowledgeable and cares a lot about his patients and families. He goes out of his way to develop relationships and get to know his patients.
I went in to get impressions done and no matter how many times of how emphatically I told them that I had a bad gag reflex they didn't listen. He allowed his hygienist to overfill the impression tray and the overflow went down my throat. It cut off my air and made me gag so hard i was about to black out and he did nothing, just made jokes about previous patients who puked. I am genuinely terrified that if I Dr. Mack or any of his employees do anything else to me that I will die in that office.
