Ordered parts online and picked up in the store. Very easy and fast.
Purchased my RG3 from them in 2023. The process went without a hitch considering a new model. Price was fair with the added accessories. Everyone I dealt with both then and now have been very friendly and knowledgeable (sales, parts, service). I consider Kersting's my preferred dealership for parts and definitely service. And I live about 60 miles away. Only 1 small glitch with an added accessory and their service dept.(Adam) stayed with it until he figured it out. Excellent Dealership
I originally left a glowing review. Kerstings has been a great motorcycle dealer in the community for decades. I would not recommend doing business with their new salesman to anyone. If Julian greets you, RUN! He will use any information you give to him in the purchasing process to harass you if you decide not to buy.
