I thought they were professional & knew what they were doing but they gave very bad advice and I ended up losing my bunny. She had tumors - they said they thought they were not cancerous and that they felt it was safe to leave them. We did eventually get two different tumors (at different times, it came back) removed because she messed with them and kept bleeding. A year after the first popped up we lost her to cancer.
