AHN should be embarrassed to employ such an arrogant, misinformed, and judgmental provider. She dismissed my very real concerns—concerns that significantly affect my quality of life—in a degrading and condescending manner. This doctor told my elderly mother that she gets violently sick when she hears that my mom called her nurses. She shouldn’t see anyone. I’d give her a negative one if I could. My mom would give her a negative two.

After waiting so long for this appointment, I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and completely frustrated. The doctor was rude, fatphobic, and condescending throughout. I came in with legitimate concerns, including sudden unexplained weight gain despite limited food intake, abnormal periods, fainting during exercise, high cortisol levels, and the emotional toll of recent family losses. Rather than listening, she brushed off everything I said.

Had an appt today that I waited 4 months for. She told me she does not treat patients who take Armour or NP thyroid meds. Perhaps someone could have reviewed my file prior to my visit? She also told me there was basically no reason for my visit as my thyroid was being managed (which is the EXACT reason I was there....because my PCP is not comfortable and does not specialize in or manage this).
