Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Their incompetence caused a tax debt that we were unaware of til it was in the hands of debt collectors. The amount we pay for tax returns to have these issues arise is ridiculous. Avoid them as they do not deserve the business.
The staff at Kerslake Grey have always been friendly and quick to respond to the queries I have. As an accountant myself, I occasionally need to ask other accountants more qualified in certain areas for their advice.
