It’s impossible to got an appointment no matter what if your waiting for test results be prepared to wait for over six months even if they tell you it’ll only take a week staff are rather rude and make you feel like a burden for wanting an appointment
Yes, a total shambles. Choose dying peacefully at home if possible, rather than wasting your time looking for an appointment or treatment here. It was justly voted in the bottom 5 practices of the country a few years back. I've been trying to get into another surgery for years. Pathetic.
If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. Absolute shambles of a doctor surgery. Can never get an appointment, if trying to get a same day appointment the receptionists demand an unnecessary amount of personal information about what’s wrong then they decide they won’t bother to give you an appointment anyway. Never had problem getting appointments, great doctors they listen to you unlike other doctors..
Always been welcomed by nice lady on reception and doctors are welcoming too
