The nurses and doctors were very professional and provided excellent care. However, the front desk clerk was rude and unwelcoming. When I walked in, she stared at me without saying a word or acknowledging me. In an emergency setting, basic courtesy and communication are important, and this experience added unnecessary stress.
I had a great experience when I visited for a wound. I was checked in, saw triage, X-rayed and treated by a doctor within 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. I will highly recommend this emergency room.
