Take forever to call up and staff is extremely rude and lazy
My husband made a new patient appointment 3 months ago and when he arrived at his appointment this morning, they told him his doctor was no longer working there. And they could not see him. They didn't even have the decency to notify my husband! Now he has to go to an urgent care and pay more to get refills on his medicine he needs daily! I will NEVER recommend this doctor's office to anyone! I had to give them one star so I could post and warn others of their incompetence!
The nurses were kind and knowledgeable. The doctor was great!
Doctor Kahler is great and so is his nurse. But, anything that has to go through the Kershaw system, like a referral, gets the "i don't care, I will get to it when I get around to it" attitude. The office staff seems to work there because they can't make it as burger flippers. They make appointments, then lose them so you show up and they tell you you don't have one. This has happened twice. The Kershaw Health System needs to be fired.
