Surprisingly very small inventory of knives to choose from. The only ones I could find were in the break room. These were all used?! When I expressed my upset they were very courteous but acted as though they had no idea of what I was talking about. So very confusing. Once I am allowed to leave the care home I will take my business elsewhere!! Good day to you!!!
Cindy claims her staff can’t be bothered to provide courteous customer service because they decided to respond to emails between other tasks. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional firm.
We have used Kershaw & Associates for the past 10 years. They have a phenomenal team - kind, courteous, and very professional. We have worked with Dawn and Cindy. And they are wonderful!!! We would highly recommend them for your tax/accounting needs. :)
