Responsive and trustworthy
I just moved into a new house and had propane for the first time through Kerschner's. After swapping the accounts into my name, they came out and did their safety check. I spoke in person with the tech and we agreed to go on an autofill plan. I come home during a cold spell and find the tank is empty. Emergency refill cost $325 over the weekend, and the guy that came out said they'd refund the charge if I followed up with them. Great service and price , very friendly people
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Super unprofessional and a scam. They said they where going to have a project done by a certain time. 1.5 YEARS AFTER when it was supposed to be done, they finally finished.
Highly recommended, we have been using them for years for plumbing, AC, septic and propane with no issues. Glad to have a local company who does the job right and worth every penny.
