Apparently they make enough money. Wanted an estimate for a complete HVAC system and ductwork. I was told that they don’t do mobile homes even though it has a basement so what’s the big deal you literally run ducts the same way as a stick built home and run them through the floor. I was also having them come out for plumbing but canceled that since they are too good for the HVAC. Now I see why you have a 3.8 star.

I just moved into a new house and had propane for the first time through Kerschner's. After swapping the accounts into my name, they came out and did their safety check. I spoke in person with the tech and we agreed to go on an autofill plan. I come home during a cold spell and find the tank is empty. Emergency refill cost $325 over the weekend, and the guy that came out said they'd refund the charge if I followed up with them.
