Broken water pipes......fixed and explained what we need to do differently so it doesn't happen again. Ketschners offers many different services!!! Highly recommend.
Always pleasant to deal with. Quick response to questions and refill requests. We lease our tank from them and have been pleased with their service since 2018.
I have never received a bill from a company for work done that doesn't give you a break down of how much each part costs. Not did my bill tell me how many hours their people were here or how much I was charged per hour. When I called and asked for a break down, I was told that they don't do that. A simple computer program can break down the price of each part and the hours times the amount per hour.. I was going to change my propane provider but not to Kershners.
