Always pleasant to deal with. Quick response to questions and refill requests. We lease our tank from them and have been pleased with their service since 2018.
I have never received a bill from a company for work done that doesn't give you a break down of how much each part costs. Not did my bill tell me how many hours their people were here or how much I was charged per hour. When I called and asked for a break down, I was told that they don't do that. A simple computer program can break down the price of each part and the hours times the amount per hour.. I was going to change my propane provider but not to Kershners.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would literally a year or less having to come back to this place. My husband has spent thousands and thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing!! He is being told that every problem is fixed just for it to be the exact opposite. I have no idea why he kept coming back to them when this has occurred for 3 years now. They charge so high for little to nothing being fixed. This place is absolutely TRASH and 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
