We bought a Kia Soul in September 2025.6 weeks later one of the cylinders in our motor got a hole in it, basically a write off. They were polite and did get their mechanic to look at is right away so thats why not 1 star. They tried to make things right by offering us a 2007 Toyota Rav4 with 280k kilometres for $6000 + document fees + taxes but we didnt want to buy another lemon. Overall they were nice but we wouldn't recommened their vehicles and didnt feel like they tried that hard to make it up to us.
After a dreadful experience at Nanaimo Toyota about a year ago, and being sold an expensive lemon (knowingly or unknowingly) 2009 Toyota corolla which lasted less than a year, my partner was having to borrow cars as we expected this to last years. Ok wow. What a positive experience. Aaron and the crew are top notch! If you are in the market for a car, I would not hesitate to contact Kerry’s Corner. Incredible pricing and excellent customer service. Certified mechanical check and detailing is all a part of their business model. Shopping for a car is stressful enough. It is nice to know a reliable place like Kerry’s exists. I could not recommend these guys enough!!
My wife and I had one of the best experiences, buying a used work vehicle. Over many years , we have easily purchased 15 or more vehicles from many different car dealerships. A few dealerships will treat you good and make you feel special. But many only tell you what you want to hear , Aaron from Kerry's Corner , goes completely out of his way to give great service.
