Expensive oil change. Didn’t notify me when it was done. Failed to notify me about the oil dripping from my car, which resulted in a stained driveway and a return trip to the shop. Sad to see a company I once gave a 5 star rating get to this level of service. Manager was nice, just wish he would have been more proactive and communicative.
Personnel are knowledgeable & easy to work with. Establishment is clean and vehicle drop off outside of open hours is super convenient.
Great people. Great environment. They don’t try to over sell like some places. They tell you and then done. I will always use them.
Kerry’s Car Care has a fantastic team. I was able to schedule an appointment online last night, and get in this morning. They were quick and efficient. I will be going there for all my car needs!
I’ve enjoyed going to Kerry’s Car Care in the past, but my last two visits have been very disappointing. A few months ago I took my vehicle in to have the tire sensors replaced. I was told it would take a day or two, but it ended up taking longer with no communication or updates. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car at 10:30 AM for a simple oil change. They came back with a long list of additional repairs they said needed to be done.
