I was on vacation with my family when my alternator failed, which resulted in a completely drained battery. I was so lucky to have made it to Precise Mechanical Repairs in Parksville right before my car died on me. Leanne came to my rescue in her professional, friendly and calm demeanour. She had Sergei (one of the technicians) come out and take a look right away and managed to order the necessary part for me. Shout out to Precise! Had an issue while I was one vacation in parksville. Went to 5 other shops and was turned away until I went to Precise. They got me in immediately, inspected, and insured me there were no immediate safety issues with the noises I heard. Not to mention the noises no longer persisted after the inspection. I can't thank the Pricise team and Laurie enough for the speedy and professional service.
I was a previous customer of Kerry's truck and auto and have been pleasantly surprised to see the great customer service has continued with the change to Precise. When I unexpectedly needed all of my tires changed Leeane helped me source them, made sure I got a ride to work and was great at communicating via text all of this.
