Great work from these guys ..had a but if a communication breakdown on a job .. it didn’t escalate and in the end it all came together, great service, I’ll be continuing with Precise !

Amazing shop. I had an emergency repair, and these guys dropped their tools sland took me in right away. It was a small quick job, 10 minutes of their time. Charged me "$20 or $30" and I have them 60. I couldn't be happier or more grateful. Go see this stellar crew if you need work done.
I was on vacation with my family when my alternator failed, which resulted in a completely drained battery. I was so lucky to have made it to Precise Mechanical Repairs in Parksville right before my car died on me. Leanne came to my rescue in her professional, friendly and calm demeanour. She had Sergei (one of the technicians) come out and take a look right away and managed to order the necessary part for me.
