Called an asked for a electrolytic capacitor to do a home repair, he said he would have to check and see if he could find one. He wasn't able to but referred me to ordering one online. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the part needed. And even knew my problem. If I didn't want to repair myself, I would trust him with this repair.
Kerry made my TV worse after "fixing" it. Now all the channels are in a foreign language.
Terrible repair shop. Tried to charge me $900.00 to fix a TV that costs $439 brand new and sealed.
He has not yet repaired my tv solely and only to blame LG but he has by far been the most kind and honest repair service technician I have ever spoken to. He has gone out of his way to consistently keep me updated and make sure I know exactly what’s going on. The only problem he has is LG not helping him which isn’t even his fault! He will keep you updated on parts, he will be honest, and he will do whatever it takes to make sure your tv is repaired, even if he has to tell you to go elsewhere!
