I was pleased that the folks at Kerrygold Plumbing were open to meeting with me to discuss a. They listened to my grievance and then they addressed my concerns in a calm and professional manner. They explained their position and backed it up with substantial information and we were able to clear things up and realized there wasn’t an issue, ceit and was simply a misunderstanding. My experience with Kerrygold was anything but good. They were in my home for 10 minutes and charged me $550 to install a cartridge in the shower valve and they left off a critical piece that is part of the faucet trim kit. My shower faucet has remained that way since January 2026 because I’m not going to mess with the plumbing. I contacted them to request a tech person to come out so I can show them how the faucet trim kit was installed (see attached pic). Great job! Professional fast and efficient. Communicated throughout the process each step and showed the results. Even patching up at the end to match existing concrete design. They came from a reliable reference and I would also highly recommend them.
