Dr. Willis is exceptional. Unfortunately, his office staff does not reflect the same level of professionalism and care. My husband was seen by Dr. Willis three weeks ago, and he said he would place a referral to a specialist. Since then, I have called the office twice to follow up, and both times I was told that the referral could not be found in my husband’s patient chart. Wish there were negative stars! Terrible Dr., can't keep staff, my mother has been waiting 3 weeks for arthritis med refill and there's not even anyone to answer phone. Really unbelievable!!!
