Where to begin with this attorney. I gave mr.wilets money which he gladly took and when it came to court he failed to file papers then had the audacity to ask for money for his negelgence. He wont call you back and will have his assistant give me a lame excuse. Am surprised this attorney has not been disbarred.
do not go to him. he absolutely screwed up my entire chapter 13 case. I thought everything was going good when i was paying my on my case for about 8 months, when i asked him why my chapter 13 payments were being returned by the trustee i asked him why, he said not to worry about it that he would reschedule a court date to take care of it. then days later he calls me back and tells me i have to refile a new case and pay him again to re-due the case all over again.when i asked him why he said that would just be the smartest t... read more
