Kerry Welch as a doctor is great. His office is so poor. My parents go to him and I have tried to get ahold of them for my Mom. I have gotten the run around. I leave a message 10:00 am and they won't call me back. At 4:30 I called and called knowing they would leave soon. I get ahold of someone who says she will check for me. Honestly don't go here if you care about your loved ones. They don't actually care about people. Horrible horrible people at his office. I wish Dr Welch would fire his entire office staff.
Dr Welch is very kind, listens to you and truly cares about his patients. As a doctor, he has great bedside manners. He’s careful enough that he does what is needed to get you taken care of but isn’t one to order a bunch of unneeded expensive tests or procedures. I appreciate that but more than anything—I trust him as a doctor.
