Brought my Arteon there. Seems to me that they actually cared about my concerns (it's my first German car). And the guys were very cool to chat with. Will definitely be coming back.
The customer service department is quite inadequate, they are often in a position to keep your vehicle for a prolonged period of time, and when it is returned, it is not adequately repaired. Despite the substantial investment, there are no solutions or alternatives. I would not recommend for the repair, bit a used or new vehicle.
