This is a very long OVERDUE review. Dakota is THE BEST thing to happen to Kerry’s service department! If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have returned! I am new to the area(from out of state)and was very spoiled with the service dept. at my old dealership. The visits prior to Dakota’s arrival were very frustrating. I am so grateful he is there!
i’ve been having issues with my tdi passat recently, and dakota has been a great help for getting all of my issues fixed! he communicated amazingly and made sure i had all i needed while i was unable to drive my car. thank you dakota and kerry volkswagen!
