Terrible experience. I came in to check if my wheel weights were all in place and they needed to do a tire rotation to do so, which wasn't the problem. They deemed my floor mat on the driver's side to be unfit and unsafe, which is also fine, but they didn't speak to me about it and removed it from my car and threw it in my trunk. They then didn't put a sheet down over my carpet and left nasty foot prints embedded in my carpet! Stopped in to purchase brake pads. Friendly employees the one that got me my product and the cashier.
Today I went for service at Kerry Toyota . Jesse was the service advisor . Upon finishing the service , he thought an extra set of keys of another customers car were left and for that he called 7 times and messaged few times . I responded each time on top of my work calls that were going on . He kept judging me as if key was stolen by me when I told him every time that there was one key in the car and that was in ignition . I even sent him the photo of the key .
