Today I went for service at Kerry Toyota . Jesse was the service advisor . Upon finishing the service , he thought an extra set of keys of another customers car were left and for that he called 7 times and messaged few times . I responded each time on top of my work calls that were going on . He kept judging me as if key was stolen by me when I told him every time that there was one key in the car and that was in ignition . I even sent him the photo of the key . I want purchase another car from these snake oil sales men(used cars). I am pulling all my services from kerry and will not give them another red cent. After purchasing a used car from kerry that only had 50k miles, bumper to bumper warranty so I thought. I had to drop 4k in engine repairs. That bumper to bumper yea doesn't kick in till 3 months 3k miles. Have been going to Kerry for tire rotations and oil changes since buying a new Venza in 2014. My husband is an ASE Master Mechanic but we do the tires and oil changes solely to get the lifetime power train warranty. Some visits, they have my vehicle done in 45-60 minutes. Other times, it’s HOURS, and I always make appointments. I’m never a walk-in. My biggest gripe is that the techs consistently make a mess or break something.
