Kerry Toyota Service in Florence has always been my choice for all of my Toyota's. Appointments are easy to get, the vehicle was completed in a timely manner and the work was professional. My service advisor, Ben Coutermarsh, is absolutely the best. He has been my go-to for years now and is thorough, knowledgeable, professional and treats you like family. He looks out for his customers and treats my car like he would treat his. I cannot recommend him enough or Kerry Toyota Service in Florence!
Took my 2025 Camry in for first service which was just a tire rotation. Was greeted immediately by the service write. Took all necessary information. Waited in the nice waiting room with available coffee and treats. Was notified in 30 minutes that service was complete. And was on my way. Painless experience. Took my Camry in for my second service oil/filter and tire rotation. I encountered the same experience as my first service which was perfect.
