Terrible zoom evaluations without any professionalism. Her zoom evaluation are presented in court as if they were real.

Kerry Smith was hired to perform a 604(b) evaluation for my former spouse and myself. She charged me $500 up front, and scheduled separate appointments for the two of us. My ex refused to show up for the evaluation, so it was never conducted. I asked Dr. Smith if I could get my money back, but she argued that she earned the $500 for the few minutes she spent with me. I found her to be abrasive, untrustworthy, and solely out to make a buck.

Stay away from Kerry Smith!!! In my opinion unless your spouse is a drug addict, alcoholic, has abandoned their child or have mental issues or other issues that you can prove in court the 604(b) evaluation is a complete waste of money, time and an emotional rollercoaster considering what’s at stake. Not to mention that you will tell your whole life to a complete stranger which I find to be a violation of your privacy. 0 stars for this bias, dishonest 604(b) evaluator. We chose Kerry Smith to be

Dr. Smith is very understanding and compassionate. I trust her both as a professional and a person. She is very helpful. She's always been straightforward with me and has a knack for getting at the heart of an issue.

Dr. Smith was awful. She has no honesty or integrity.
