If I could give zero I would , bad service . There took months to get the part and wouldn’t let me cancel because they already ordered it it’s been 2 months and still no car so I payed $1000 for the part and for them to look at it and left with my car unfixed they wanted another $1000 to put the manifold on and they don’t know how much longer till the part comes in
Emma in the service department is top-notch, listened, and helped where others did not. She was definitely a great person to work with in regard to my car. She kept me notified every step of the way. I highly recommend asking for her if you need service repairs.
Not even entertaining as when I told them my car is giving me a problem with the battery they straight away said book an appointment and we will not be able to entertain you today. When you come to buy a car it is like we will help you in getting anything you want but after service is not up to the mark. I am never recommending Nissan to anyone
2 hours for a scheduled oil change I don’t get it !!!
