I left after waiting almost a hour in a hot room. No one came in to inform me the provider I was seeing in running behind. My time is just as much valuable as the provider. Give me a choose and respect to inform me and I will make a decision if I wanted to wait. I know provider fall behind understandable, but good customer service goes a long way.
She is gentle and amazing doctor one of the best and she love people and would help them for everything. And thank you Yale hospital
