The staff is very efficient, courteous and will work to get your car fixed even if you show up without an appointment. If there is a long wait for the repair, they have a nice waiting area with a large TV and complimentary coffee. Or you can ask to be shuttled home if it's within A reasonable distance. Prices for repair are a little high.

Trying to schedule service and getting a live person to talk to is almost impossible. I've ended up scheduling via the AI bot and showed up and I wasn't on the list and they got irritated with me. When I showed them the chat conversation they said its been happening a lot but they still use it. They never apologized. My car needed a minor repair while on a trip. I didn't discover the issue until about 3 hours before they closed for the evening. After missing my call, they texted me to see what I needed. We showed up, were greeted warmly, and car fixed in < 10 minutes. I was worried the trip I had planned for my son this weekend might get side-tracked or derailed. Thank you so much!
