In and out in no time. Customer service is excellent!
The staff is very efficient, courteous and will work to get your car fixed even if you show up without an appointment. If there is a long wait for the repair, they have a nice waiting area with a large TV and complimentary coffee. Or you can ask to be shuttled home if it's within A reasonable distance. Prices for repair are a little high.

Trying to schedule service and getting a live person to talk to is almost impossible. I've ended up scheduling via the AI bot and showed up and I wasn't on the list and they got irritated with me. When I showed them the chat conversation they said its been happening a lot but they still use it. They never apologized.
