The only service I've gotten here is a couples massage, but we've been twice and it was AMAZING both times. The last time I went in I had Rose...I get massages pretty regularly and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. My fiance had Kristin and he said his was just as good. He had a headache going into it and when he told her about it she did a few things to his head and neck and the headache went away for him. Kerry Mark Salon & Day Spa is an awful salon, not only do they do terrible work but their customer service is horrendous. They change my appointment without notifying me about this change, they were extremely rude to me when I came for my appointment original appointment time. Then, when I asked to speak to the manager they refused to let me speak with them.
