I love dr Knape! He’s caring and kind. The dental assistants are wonderful and my smile is always so fresh when I leave from a cleaning!
No correct mask usage (below nose+chin) by any staff besides the dentist. Staff stood within 6 feet while incorrectly wearing masks below the nose during the appointment. Very disappointing and concerning for those that have been safely quarantining now being exposed to anyone the staff has been doing this with.
Dentist did not wear a mask while doing his work, I should have walked out but I was expecting him to put one on to start my care. Very upsetting
One of the most caring and knowledgeable dentist that I have ever met. My daughter was not looking forward into getting her cavity repaired, the Dr allowed me stay with her during the procedure to help comfort her. This Dr. takes the time with every patient, which seems to be a lost art in today's society.
