Don’t bother calling. Don’t bother leaving a message. Don’t bother contacting them online. They will not get back to you. Best bet is to go elsewhere. This has been the case for at least a year so I don’t believe a new phone system is the issue as their response to my initial review indicates.

Update: Glad the business commented they are taking note but doubtful anything will change since it was the manager who would r do anything. I had my car towed there for an engine repair under a recall. Grover was fantastic on answering my questions and keeping me updated but my issue started when I went to pick up my car. The car was dropped off with a fully functioning key fob and they had my car for over a month. Everything was repaired but the key fob had been destroyed. I had my car towed there for an engineer repair under a recall. Grover was fantastic on answering my questions and keeping me updated but my issue is when I picked up my car. They had my car for over a month and when it was dropped off the fob was in working condition. Everything was repaired but the key fob had been destroyed. I understand that my car is older and the key fob wasn't in new condition but when the rubber is completely picked off the key so you can't use the buttons is a bit wild. Took my car (still under warranty) in for service and an airbag light. It took over a week to get my car back. They almost NEVER answer the phone and don’t expect a call back either if you leave messages. There is no organization either- someone called to schedule service while my car was on their lot. They did unauthorized work and charged me for it. I have asked for the service manager to call 3 times and not one call. Maybe if the manager cares so little it that explains why the performance is so poor.
