Took my car (still under warranty) in for service and an airbag light. It took over a week to get my car back. They almost NEVER answer the phone and don’t expect a call back either if you leave messages. There is no organization either- someone called to schedule service while my car was on their lot. They did unauthorized work and charged me for it. I have asked for the service manager to call 3 times and not one call. Maybe if the manager cares so little it that explains why the performance is so poor.
First oil change tire rotation center caps are gouged to hell
Made appointment March 27 for airbag recall. I was told they'd have to order it and April 10th was the soonest I could book. Multiple texts for reminders for an April 17th appt. After waiting about 45 min, I was approached by service manager and told they don't habe the airbag. Wasted trip as well as day off. Chose them because of their reviews. Disappointed is an understatement.
