Had great response to my inquiry about the new Santa Fe. I think I found my next vehicle when I'm ready to buy.
Went to pick up my car after a computer update and Patrick tried telling us we needed new air filters and that they would do it for $140. However, right before we took it for the update, I changed both air filters and did an oil change. I asked him why he was charging so much for new filters and he said “well it includes labor costs, which is $90.” He said it’d take them over 30 minutes to change both air filters, even though I did them both in under 5 minutes.
