We are test-driving new vehicles but haven't made a decision. We were transparent that we were still shopping and not planning to buy today. At other dealerships, this turned off the salespeople, and they weren't willing to answer questions. Tyler at Hyundai was so patient and helpful in comparing buying vs. leasing options. We test drove a Palisade and loved it! No pressure from Tyler to buy, and he treated us with professionalism and kindness. We are watching inventory and will be back to buy from Tyler!
