Not normally on to write reviews, but the service department here is inept, rude, incompetent, lazy and in all honesty couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. Ladies behind the counter are lovely, but are let down horrendously by an under skilled labour force. Wow.
Parts department is a joke, been on the phone for 10 minutes without anyone answering, tried calling multiple times. Still no answer.

Sent my "older"car 2013 captiva in for a gearbox reprogramming as diagnosed by a mechanic. Simple job. Get a report saying that they test drove it and it went "bang". Report saying that the gearbox has blown up and now has a major engine oil leak. How did it get an oil leak? They don't know but we can look at it for a price! Never had the leak till you touched it and want me to pay for it. So in the end, take your car away or we will charge you storage. Absolutely last place I would buy a car or even worse, get it serviced
