I have visited a few times over the years as they are very close to my house, but generally I had repeated issues related to lack of communication between front desk customer service, parts ordering department, and the actual mechanics wokring there. A couple of times I have had to repeatedly call again and again to check if a part had arrived, as their parts department fails to call you to notify a part has arrived. Horrendously incompetent service department! They take no responsibility for their numerous mistakes and treat customers like they are stupid. You would have more luck getting your car fixed at the Macca’s drive thru.
Sell a 120k vehicle thats a lemon. This is the Silverado in ur workshop. Husband trying to run a business with no vehicle. No customer service. No loan vehicle. Cancelled holiday. Car has been in workshop most of the year. Will be making alot of noise since u cant be bothered to look after us. Disgraceful.
Pretty much got one star because 0 wasn't an option. After the 4th week of having my car was told it needed a third part ordered from interstate. Was not until i went in personally and was less than impressed they managed to fix the "3rd" issue with the vehicle without requiring the $467.00 dollar part i was told was needed to fix the issue. Not normally on to write reviews, but the service department here is inept, rude, incompetent, lazy and in all honesty couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. Ladies behind the counter are lovely, but are let down horrendously by an under skilled labour force. Wow.
