Very bad experience with the receptionist, Robin, on March 19 on rebooking my injection shot. Was told, I would get a return call by end of day, Never happened!! Called back, was told office has 48 hrs to call back. Robin, was short and rude during the call and HUNG up on me. This has happened before, she obviously doesn't like dealing with people. Very upset!!!
The medical staff so professional and pleasant.
Not a wait time. Dr. Sajjad took wonderful time with me. When having my blood drawn, didn’t even feel it. Office staff was very pleasant even though I was running late.
