She's fine. Pleasant bedside manner. Was familiar with many birth control methods but not all (I don't really have a lot of patience for that since it's part of her job). The office staff of course are the ones you deal with most and they are varying degrees of not good/not competent. Sad that the bar for healthcare, especially women's healthcare, is so low that being pleasant is enough to warrant more than one star...
My ovaries needed to be removed. I have no complaint with that. But.. during the follow up appointment I asked her about HRT and she blew me off. She shrugged and said "Nah you don't need it". She didn't even refer me to another doctor who handles that sort of thing. You need your hormones ladies and gents for all kinds of health reasons. I don't care how old you are. Google it! When I eventually found a doctor to help me and I told them what she said they were floored. I just don't understand why she didn't care.
