I wish I could give a ZERO star. I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima from these men on April 21st 2026. To later get home and find FENTANYL pills in my engine bay. They were terrible to deal with and after them telling me a professional crew came out and took the engine apart and cleaned it out, I later had to change the starter to which I found more pills! This place is horrible I don’t know what they have going on to claim a 2.0 used car inspection was done then sell it full of deadly drugs to a young girl. Police barely helped ... read more
Brought my 2021 sierra 1500 at4 in because the brake sensor wasnt working. Did my own brakes but the sensor for the brake was still throwing error codes. Silly me put the a rear sensor on the front. They cleared the error code and got a new front sensor on. A few weeks later everything is still great. Probably go here for my gmc needs from now on. Pretty good experience.
Jaden is the Man! My vehicle search went all across the Tri-State area and even Central Ohio. I came across all kinds of dealerships and sales people. One salesperson FLAT OUT LIED to my face! I immediately left that dealership, and the sales manager continued harass me for the next 3 weeks. Then I finally found my way to Kerry Buick, where Jaden greeted me kindly and professionally. I had purchased a brand new GMC 2500 back in November, we have since sold the vehicle, and have been trying to get our GAP proration refunded. The Kerry GMC has been the most difficult place we have worked with to get this done, requiring document after document, which we have provided, now we can’t even get so much as a call back. We have been working with a Tim on this who has treated us as though we were trying to scam them in some way. We will not be back to purchase vehicles through them in the future.
