I only gave 4/5 stars because Kerry hasn't actually done work for me yet. But when I was having an issue with my a/c on one of the hottest days of the year, he came by immediately. Turned out the fan was just unbalanced and that was a quick 2 minute fix, for which he didn't charge me. I'll use him to do a furnace check in the fall - super nice guy, great service! Thanks Kerry!
I had Kerry replace my old furnace in the fall of 2024 and he was great! His pricing was competitive with everyone else in my area, his work was/ is reliable, he was prompt and showed up when he said he was going to AND he was super communicative and accommodating when it came to working around my unpredictable work schedule. I had a great experience with Kerry Air Cooling and Heating and will be definitely be calling him again when it comes time to replace my AC unit.

Had our Furnance go down during our -10 winter day/nights. Called Kerry to see if I could make an appointment for him to look at our furnace... 20 minutes later he was at our place taking our furnace apart. He found the issue quickly, and was able to fix the problem getting us our heat back. Kerry was professional, and explained the issues to me in a way that an "unhandy man" such as myself could understand. Kerry replaced our furnace and installed a new AC unit. He did a great job and we couldn't be happier with his work! Very knowledgeable and professional.
