phone system sucks--cant get though--been on hold for 15 mins and cant get a person---calling from another dr facilty and cant erven speak to a person there--
Absolutely recommend Dr. Kerry Ann Marcheschi. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and trusting. Her nurse Diana, and the receptionist Karen, were also very kind. The quest diagnostics nurse and all the phone receptionists were great as well.
My first visit was yesterday. What a great and caring doctor! My wait time was ZERO minutes. The ladies at the front desk, her medical assistant, and the woman who processed my referrals were amazing! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I wish I would have changed providers a long time ago.
Ive been going to Dr.Marcheschi for years. She’s super nice and the office is clean. The nurses are always super friendly and make me feel comfortable. The office staff is pretty efficient with their job, so you don’t wait long / experience any issues.
