Have had cockroach problems for about 3 months now, the complex has sent maintenance crews to lay traps, but either they’re not using enough or this building is infested beyond controlling and needs to be fumigated. Have been here close to a year and its been nothing short of great. Management and maintenance are very attentive and are quick to resolve incidents within the complex

Our manager Leo is friendly, very easy to reach, and communicative. It was such an easy process to tour the space, apply, and move-in. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner and we haven't had any major maintenance issues thus far.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for our apartment manager, Leo. She’s incredibly helpful and always easy to get a hold of whenever I have questions or concerns. What I appreciate most is how quickly Leo responds to maintenance requests. It makes a huge difference knowing that things will be taken care of promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
