From the moment we spoke to John Gilbert we knew we were in good hands , we asked about a heated water supply hose for our RV John did not have one in stock but said he would have one for us the next day , we drove to Kerrville RV the following day and purchased the hose for $245 , that evening I checked prices on line, Wal-Mart sell the same hose for $180 so the next day I called John and told him of our concern , he said he would check into it and let us know , he did just that ! and called us to say he would price match t... read more
