Very Dishonest office staff....Beware. During my initial appointment, I was provided an estimate for the service based on my insurance coverage. I called about a month away from my implant and bone graph and asked if a predetermination by my insurances (I have two different dental insurances) had been made. I was told yes and that there would be no change to the amount on the estimate. The day of my procedure I asked again as I paid my portion of the bill, $2900, and I was told everything was "good to go". A month later I go... read more

Dr. Lemke and his staff are God sent. They are very personable and understanding. Naturally a lot of us have fear about going to see an oral surgeon for various reasons. The cost, the pain or the reality of how bad our dental situation truly Is. Dr. Lemke and his staff never made me feel judged and went a step beyond to remove a tooth that I could not afford to pay for. Today my pain is minimal. They make you self-pay for the initial consultation and leave you to deal with getting your insurance to pay on the back end. It will cost you hundreds of dollars for the initial consultation even if you have great commercial dental insurance. Go to Aspen Dental in Kerrville instead!
