Very polite and informed,helpful set of people
The internal organization is terrible. On oxygen concentrater, they forgot to come out and do yearly service of the units. Had to contact them after 18 months. My doctor ordered a CPAP machine from them. Called three times and was told it is being worked on. Two weeks later, no word. I just went ahead and bought one.
