Waited 90 minutes to be told wouldn't have it back for school run. Would be so much be easier with an appointment.

I wanted to get a couple of tyres replaced and hadn't been here before but it's local to me so I thought I would give it a go. I rang ahead to see if I needed to book an appointment and was told to just come over. I had to wait 2 and a half hours to get the work done and at no point was I told that's how long it would take. If I had been told ahead of time I would have given it a miss or I would've gone home and came back. Someone who came in after me who asked for a tyre replacement was told it would take 45 minutes.
