I take my family fleet of automobiles to Kerr's and have never been dissatisfied with their services. Prices are fair and reasonable, everyone is polite and friendly and knowledgeable.
I am so unhappy & upset with this so called business. I used them before and there prices are astronomical. I brought my car up to simply have a diagnostic done on it for a small issue that occurred, I even told the mechanic to do nothing until it was discussed with me, they went ahead and did the work for 4 spark plugs, the diagnostic check, n 4 coils for the spark plugs and proceeded to charge me $500 and when I got upset in knowing thats illegal to fix something without consent all they said is we can undo it all and give... read more
Literally the best mechanic experience of my life. After several other shops and even a Honda dealer (and over $1,300 later) failed to find my AC issue, my last resort was Kerr’s at the referral of the local body shop. I asked them to please only take an hour or two to figure it out, as I was super low on funds while trying to diagnose this issue. They found the issue in an hour. I was blown away. They’re super professional and they actually care about the customer. I’m only going to them from now on.
