I received an order that is not complete. None of the telephone numbers for customer service work!! I emailed and got an automated response but no solution!! I would be happy to have a response.
love the products and own a lot but DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from Kerrits directly.Ordered multiple items during this labor day sale. Received a damaged/stained show shirt. Reached out to customer service three times with no response. Left a review which was never posted to the kerrits site.I'm a long time and frequent customer, but will be seriously reconsidering if it's this hard to get a hold of anyone in customer service when an issue arises.

When you spend a small fortune on the waterproof long jacket you hope the zipper works. Was wonky from day 1, always struggled to get the zipper done up and after only a few wears the zipper comes undone. Poor quality.

RecommendedI have had a pair of kerrit riding pants since I was 13 (I'm now 33) and they are my favourite pants! I've only ever had to repair one thing (ankle cuff seam) and they have always been exceptional to ride in.
Wore my new riding tights today —just a basic “flow rise knee patch” model. I wanted to get a “regular” pair and try them out. O H. M Y. GOODNESS! They are THE MOST COMFORTABLE pants ever. Better than yoga pants.
Fit, comfort and it's easy to put together really good looking functional outfits.
Very comfortable, great wearing pants!
