I have seen Dr. Hewell 3 times now. I am very happy that she is my gynecologist. Her communication skills are top notch. She listens very carefully to all of your concerns. Not only does she answer all of your questions, but will also provide additional details, clearly interested in making one feel not only heard, but setting up an atmosphere for further conversation if need be. She is upbeat, friendly and personable and puts your mind at ease the minute she walks into the room. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Hewell is fantastic. This was the second time I’ve seen her since my previous doctor retired. The first time was during a health problem I experienced that I was very worried about. I had a negative experience with another provider in the office a few weeks prior and requested a second opinion with Dr. Hewell. In always have a good experience at center for women’s health. I met with Dr Hewell today for a consultation for a surgery. She answered all my questions and concerns, even when I felt it was a silly question. Never once did she act like my questions weren’t important.
First visit and appreciate her kindness. I am over the age of 65. Because of insurance my visits are different than they were in my younger years but in my opinion, still necessary. She talked through my history, was interested in genetic testing that I have done which showed possible ovarian cancer concerns. We worked out a plan to move forward with preventative care. I appreciated her thoughtful consideration of all my concerns.
