I purchased a house a year and a half ago that Kerrie Shumate listed. Based on my interactions with Kerrie through the process it is my belief that there was a level of knowledge of non-disclosed items that have a materially adverse impact on this property that was discovered months after the sale. The prior owner did not disclose that the neighbor on the east side was encroaching by over 30 feet which was equal to 1/3 of an acre. Kerrie was extremely helpful and made our first time buying as stress free as it could be! Kerrie is VERY knowledgeable of the area so she knows what to look out for in different neighborhoods, the history of the homes and the good and bad about the contractors who built them unlike many of the other realtors we were approached by.
