I have been seeing Dr. Batra for years now and can't say enough how wonderful she is. I needed to call the office so I pulled up her number on Google and was shocked to see anything less than 4 or 5 star reviews. Since day 1 I have found her to be patient, thoughtful, reassuring, but pragmatic. (To the person who gave her a negative review for not knowing more about supplements...??? I found Dr Batra to be thorough, compassionate and attentive. I have an arthritis that several other doctors failed to diagnose or treat successfully. Creating a plan to walk through systematically I am finally on a medication that has successfully curbed flare ups. Her office staff is competant and so so helpful. I would recommend her 100%!
Very unprofessional. She seems very ego driven and doesn't listen to the patient . I used to think she was very kind , but my most recent visit she was like a whole other person - very snobby - very rude - very sarcastic. Very dismissive and doesn't care about her patients. Goodluck to anyone who has to deal with her.
With out a doubt the most unprofessional, , RUDE excuse for a healthcare “professional” I’ve ever heard of. Don’t question anything she says because her ego comes before your concern
Dr Batra is fine and does all her checks, labs, routine etc. she provides sick-care, not health care. I left because she did not support my desire to get off meds and use diet and supplements. When I asked if certain supplements would help, she said “try and see” with zero knowledge of or guidance with it.
