We hired Kerr and Sons for a roof reslating project, and it was a regrettable decision. They were quick to take the job, but their work was substandard. Sloppily laid slates began falling off within months, and we ended up paying extra for repairs, despite having a warranty. Worse, a leak developed only six months later. This business is not located at this address as I am the owner of that property which is a lawn on the side of my home . The company is a sham. He uses this vacant lot of mine to scam people and make it hard to track him down after he gets your down payment

Do not trust them! Completely sad they over charged and screwed a lot up in this one room addition.
