I wanted to quit my case. I was denied, and didn’t want to proceed. But Kerr Robichaux and Carroll kept telling me to be positive. They said I had a good case. So I stuck around. And it paid off! My appeal was granted! I am getting monthly checks. And health insurance will follow. And after that backpay! When it comes time to pay my bill….. it will be all smiles and fist bumps. I have been dealing with this group since the beginning of my first denial when I was informed I needed to obtain a legal representative. At first they were great, seemed very kind and thorough. I met them when I showed up for my hearing in Seattle, my attorney again seemed very kind and understanding, I felt well prepared and she seemed very knowledgeable and personable. Edit: Kevin Kerr is my representative. And he is not fired. Reading a review that said he was. They have been amazing! People really need to have patience with law firms and everyones process is different. Why most people don't stick it out. I got denied twice within a few months. And now waiting for my hearing date. I was very confused and frustrated at times with them, because of me not knowing the process. But they have always stayed positive with me and have helped me tremendously!
