EDIT: James did call me back and spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the decision with me. I'm appreciative of that and is more in line with what I was expecting from the firm. I have filed originally almost 3 years ago and was denied. We appealed and was denied again. To top it all off, I just finally had a chance to read the decision and it's quite obvious that an insane amount of medical history never made it to the judge. This place is a joke. Called and started a claim and set me up for a phone interview for 8/27 with SSI. I called 8/23 to get help changing my contact number with social security for the phone interview. And because I had this place help me. someone got upset they had to work and they pushed my phone interview to 10/06 just because. And I already have an eviction notice an I’m disabled missing my left leg above the knee and permanently on crutches. I can’t just go work. This team was a huge help with my disability. Remember that disability will take a long time even with a lawyer. They will help you with each step and offer as much hand holding as you need. I needed a lot of hand holding. 😅

Used to be a decent firm. They do not follow through, leave messages at SSI instead of talking to an agent, they say they will call you back and weeks go by, and the most recent my reconsideration was rejected a month ago and I had to go find out myself because the office didn’t know. Don’t fall prey to them asking you to fill out a packet of what they will do to help to then be told “we don’t do it that way anymore.” An agent at SSI says yesterday “We have no record of your attorney ever calling.
